Self-care is extremely important! We all have to take a break and have a laugh every once in a while. Getting in some physical activity and listening to music are also good ways to de-stress. Check out the video below for a bit of all three!
Since the online Org. Psych program is currently only 10 months, we don’t have semester breaks. However, even we are taking it a little easy over the next few weeks. I hope that you are following our lead by resting and recharging!
